Feasibility is the step most plants skip when they are busy, and it is the step that prevents the expensive mistakes: a grade the furnace cannot hold, a tolerance the machine cannot repeat, a coating nobody has run.
It does not need to be long. It needs to be somebody's job, with a due date, before the rate goes out.
