What we collect, why, and for how long.

1. Information we collect

Enquiry details you submit: company name, contact name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, industry and your message.

Account details: name, work email, role and the company you belong to.

Operational data you enter: customers, contacts, enquiries, quotations, price books, production and dispatch records.

Technical logs: IP address, browser type, timestamps and error diagnostics needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use it

To provide, operate and support the platform for your company; to respond to enquiries and provide onboarding and support.

To send transactional messages such as quotation emails, approval alerts and follow-up reminders that you or your colleagues trigger.

To detect abuse, troubleshoot faults and improve reliability and performance.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your operational data for advertising.

3. Data separation and access control

Every record is scoped to the company that created it and protected by row-level access rules enforced in the database. Access inside your company is further restricted by role, so an executive sees only the records their role permits.

4. Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, file storage, email delivery and payment processing. They process data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Payments are handled by our payment gateway; we never store your full card details on our servers.

5. Retention

Operational data is retained for as long as your account is active. On written request from an authorised administrator, we delete or export your company data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Website enquiry records are kept up to 24 months.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted and audited, and key actions inside the platform are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, so please report any suspected issue to us immediately.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The platform is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
