How it works
Three things move the number.
Per plant
A base platform fee for each manufacturing location you configure. One plant, one line of governance.
Per named user
A monthly or annual fee for each named user, by role. Executives, plant roles and admins are priced differently.
One-time services
Data migration, price book import and team training, quoted separately only when you need them.
Billing
- All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
- GST and other statutory taxes are charged in addition, where applicable.
- Invoices are raised in advance for each billing period; annual billing is available at a discount.
- Payments are collected online through our payment gateway, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.
7-day no-questions-asked refund
Your first purchase carries a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. If SysOMS is not right for your plant, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we refund it in full, no reason required.
Rate holds
Your rates are held for the duration of the agreed billing term. Any change is notified at least 30 days before your next renewal.
