1. What is delivered

A secure account on the SysOMS platform for your company, with administrator access.

Role-based logins for the users your administrator invites.

Configuration of products, specification templates, price books and approval thresholds as agreed during onboarding.

2. Delivery timelines

Account access: provisioned within 24 hours of successful payment, usually the same business day.

Guided setup: the six-step configuration is completed with your team within 3-7 business days.

Data migration from existing spreadsheets, where purchased: 7-15 business days depending on volume and data quality.

3. No physical shipment

There is no physical product, courier, shipping charge or delivery address involved. All documents such as quotations, order confirmations and reports are generated and delivered electronically inside the platform or by email.

4. If access does not arrive

If you have paid and not received access within 24 hours, write to support@sysoms.online or WhatsApp +91 63989 15895 with your payment reference. We will either provision access immediately or refund the payment as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
