Company-scoped by default
Every record belongs to a company and is protected by row-level rules enforced in the database, not just in the interface.
Role-based visibility
Roles decide what a person sees and can change. A production operator does not see rates; an executive sees their own accounts.
Audit trail on key actions
Approvals, rate deviations, order releases, quality holds and dispatch confirmations are recorded with who and when.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to the platform is encrypted. Access to production systems is restricted and reviewed.
Key-scoped read-only API
ERP handoff runs through pull endpoints with scoped keys. External systems read orders, dispatches and quality, they do not write into your line.
Export and deletion
You own your data. Export at any time; on written request from an authorised administrator we delete or export company data within 30 days.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, write to support@sysoms.online with the details. We acknowledge reports and keep you updated until the issue is closed.
