For the

Sales Admin, in plain terms.

You are the gate. Nothing reaches the plant that has a wrong specification, an unapproved rate or no stock behind it.

One desk, three queues, one release action.

Everyday effort

In short

How does a sales admin use SysOMS?

You are the gate. Nothing reaches the plant that has a wrong specification, an unapproved rate or no stock behind it.

In the app

Every sale on one desk

Enquiries, quotations and released orders in a single list you can act on.

  • Status on every line
  • Release only what passes the rules
  • One record, no parallel sheets

Illustrative screens.

How it works today

  • Orders arrive as PDFs, photos, phone calls and rows in a Google Sheet, each in a different format, and approvals happen in whichever one the manager opened that day.
  • The plant starts on a specification that was changed after the customer's second email.
  • Delivery dates are promised by whoever answered the customer first.
