Inspection and corrective action

A failed inspection stops the bundle, not the paperwork.

Inspection plans and results, hold on failure, complaint intake with photographs and corrective action tracked to closure.

Batch to dispatch

The problem

Quality is a register in the QC room. A rejected lot gets packed anyway because dispatch was under pressure, and the customer complaint arrives with no traceable batch behind it.

What SysOMS enforces

Pass, hold, rework or reject, the outcome is recorded against the batch, not remembered.

A held batch cannot be packed.

Complaints require the evidence and carry a corrective action to closure.

Inside quality.

Inspection plans and results

Defined per product, executed against production, with outcomes that carry consequences downstream.

Packing quality gate

The system refuses packing on a held batch. No override by pressure.

Complaint intake

A guided intake with attachments and photographs, linked to the order, batch and dispatch it came from.

Corrective action

Each complaint carries an owner and an action, tracked until it is closed.

A day in this module

  1. Run the day's inspections from the quality workbench.
  2. Hold what fails; rework or reject with the reason recorded.
  3. Work open complaints and their corrective actions to closure.
